  On Wednesday, September 9, 2026, Yolobus Routes 42A/B operating in Downtown Sacramento will be rerouted due to an event at the Golden 1 Center from 7:00 PM to 11:30 PM.   During the specified days and times, the following bus routes will be rerouted:  

• Route 42A/B - Intercity

  The following bus stops will not be served by Routes 42A/42B:

• 5^th at L St
• L St. at 5^th

  The following bus stop will serve as a temporary bus stop for Route 42A/B:

• I St. at 8^th

  On Tuesday, September 8, 2026, Yolobus Routes 42A/B and 37 operating in Downtown Sacramento will be rerouted due to an event at the Golden 1 Center from 6:00 PM to 11:30 PM.   During the specified days and times, the following bus routes will be rerouted:  

• Route 42A/B - Intercity

• Route 37 - Southport Local

  The following bus stops will not be served by Routes 42A/42B:

• 5^th at L St
• L St. at 5^th

  The following bus stops will not be served by Route 37:

• 5^th at L St
• L St. at 5^th
• 9^th at K St.
• J St. at 6^th
• J St. at 8^th

  The following bus stop will serve as a temporary bus stop for Route 42A/B:

• I St. at 8^th

Reroute | Woodland C10 Truck Show on Main

  On Saturday, September 5th, 2026, from 2:30 pm-10pm & Sunday, September 6th, 2026, from 5:00 am until 10:30 pm Main Street (between East St. and West St.) will be closed due to Woodland’s C10 Truck Show. Due to this closure, Yolobus route 215 going through Main Street will be rerouted for the duration of the event.   The affected bus routes include:

• Route 215 – Woodland/ Cache Creek Casino Shuttle

  The following bus stops will not be served:

• Main St. at Elm (Eastbound)
• Main at Community (EB & WB)
• Main at 5th (EB & WB)

  Please board at:

• Main at W. Community (EB & WB)
• Matmor at E. Main

  On Sunday, September 6, 2026, Yolobus routes operating in Downtown Sacramento will be rerouted from 8:00 am to 11:59 pm, due to the Farm to Fork dinner on Tower Bridge.   During the specified day and time, the following bus routes will be rerouted:  

• Route 40 – West Sacramento Local
• Route 240 – West Sacramento Local
• Route 42A/B - Intercity

    The following bus stops will not be served for Routes 40 & 240:

• Capitol Mall at Front St. (EB/WB) 
• N St. at 7^th

    The following bus stops will not be served for Routes 42A & 42B:

• 5^th at L St.
• Capitol Mall at Front St. (EB/WB) 

  The following bus stops will serve as temporary bus stops for Routes 40 & 240:

• J St. at 4^th
• J St. at 6^th
• J St. at 8^th

  Please board buses at the following stops for Routes 42A/B:

• L at 5^th
• Garden at W. Capitol NB

Reroute | Downtown Sacramento

Beginning Wednesday, April 29, 2026, until Wednesday, October 28, 2026, Capitol Mall in Downtown Sacramento will be partially closed for the weekly Farmers Market. Due to the closure, Yolobus Routes 40, 41, and 240 going through Capitol Mall will be rerouted every Wednesday from 8:30 AM until 02:00 PM. This detour has no bus stop closures.
