Reroute | Street Closures

From Friday, June 12 at 5:00 am to Monday, June 15 at 8:00 am, Yolobus Routes 42A/B, 40, 41, 240, 37, 43, 44, 45, and 230 operating in Downtown Sacramento will be rerouted from due to setup for Sacramento Pride and rolling closures from UC Davis Commencements at the Golden 1 Center. During the specified days and times, the following bus routes will be rerouted:
  • Route 42B - Intercity
  • Route 40 - West Sacramento Local 
  • Route 41 - West Sacramento Local
  • Route 240 - West Sacramento Shuttle
  • Route 37 - Southport Local 
  • Route 43 - Davis Express
  • Route 44 - South Davis Express
  • Route 230 - West Davis Express
The following bus stops will not be served by Route 42A and 42B:
  • 5th at L St 
  • L at 5th St
The following bus stops will not be served by Route 37:
  • L at 5th St
  • 5th at L St
  • 5th at N St
  • 5th at O St
  • 5th at P St
The following bus stops will not be served by Routes 40, 41, and 240:
  • Capital Mall at 7th St
  • 9th at L St
The following bus stops will not be served by Routes 43, 44, and 230:
  • Capital Mall at 7th St
  • 9th at L St
The following bus stops will not be served by Route 45:
  • Capital Mall at 7th St
  • 9th at L St
  • 5th at L St
A temporary stop at the following location will serve Routes 42A/B and 37:
  • I at 8th St

On Thursday, June 11, 2026, Yolobus Routes 42A/B, 40, 41, 240, 37, 43, 44, 45, and 230 operating in Downtown Sacramento will be rerouted  from 5:00 AM to 11:59 PM due to setup for Sacramento Pride. During the specified days and times, the following bus routes will be rerouted:
  • Route 42B - Intercity

  • Route 41 - West Sacramento Local
  • Route 240 - West Sacramento Shuttle
  • Route 37 - Southport Local

Reroute | Downtown Sacramento

Beginning Wednesday, April 29, 2026, until Wednesday, October 28, 2026, Capitol Mall in Downtown Sacramento will be partially closed for the weekly Farmers Market. Due to the closure, Yolobus Routes 40, 41, and 240 going through Capitol Mall will be rerouted every Wednesday from 8:30 AM until 02:00 PM. This detour has no bus stop closures.
