Reroute | Street Closures

On Monday, March 30, 2026, Routes 37, 40, 41, 42A, 42B, 43 PM, 44 PM, 230, and 240 operating in Downtown Sacramento will be rerouted from 5:00 PM to 9:15 PM due to the NCAA tournament game at the Golden 1 Center.

During the specified days and times, the following bus routes will be rerouted:

• Route 42A – Intercity
• Route 42B – Intercity
• Route 240- West Sacramento Local
• Route 37 – West Sacramento Local
• Route 40 – West Sacramento Local
• Route 41 – West Sacramento Local
• Route 43PM – Davis/Sacramento Express
• Route 44PM – Davis/Sacramento Express
• Route 230PM – Davis/Sacramento Express
• Route 45PM – Woodland/Sacramento Express

The following bus stops will not be served for Routes 42A/42B:

• 5^th at L St.
• L St. at 5^th
• Capitol Mall at Front (EB/WB)

The following bus stops will not be served for Route 37:

• L St. at 5^th
• J St. at 6^th
• J St. at 8^th
• 9^th at K St.
• 5^th at L St.

The following bus stops will not be served for Routes 40, 41, and 240:

• Capitol Mall at 7^th

The following bus stops will not be served for Routes 43PM, 44PM, and 230PM:

• Capitol Mall at 7^th
• 5^th at L St

The following bus stops will not be served for Route 45PM:

• 9^th at L St.
• Capitol Mall at 7^th

The following bus stops will serve as temporary bus stops for Routes 42A/42B:

• I St. at 8^th

• 5^th at N St.
