Reroute | Street Closures
On Friday, May 2, 2025, Yolobus routes 42A, 42B, 40, 41, and 240 operating in Downtown Sacramento will be rerouted from 7:00 PM to 11:59 PM due to an event at the Golden 1 Center and Sutter Health Park.
Impacted Routes:
- Route 42A – Intercity
- Route 42B – Intercity
- Route 40-West Sacramento Local
- Route 41-West Sacramento Local
- Route 240- West Sacramento Local

Reroute | Downtown Sacramento Farmers Markets
Every Wednesday
From April 30, 2025, to October 29, 2025
Starting Wednesday, April 30, 2025, until Wednesday, October 29, 2025, Capitol Mall in Downtown Sacramento will be partially closed for the weekly Farmers Market.
Due to the closure, Yolobus Routes going through Capitol Mall will be rerouted every Wednesday from 08:30 AM until 02:00 PM. The following routes will be affected by the closure:
- Route 40, 41, & 240 – West Sacramento Local
- Detour Map
- This detour has no bus stop closures.

However, we can still load funds onto existing cards or accounts in person at our Woodland office.

The following stops will not be served by Route 43 PM and 230 PM:
- 9th at L St.
- 10th St. at N St.
