All comments received by 4:00 PM on Monday, November 8, 2021 will be provided to the YCTD Board of Directors in advance and comments submitted during the meeting shall be made part of the record of the meeting.

The Clerk of the Board will notify the Chair, who will call you by name or phone number when it is your turn to comment. Speakers will be limited to 2:00 minutes.
