Going to the Airport

Capitol Corridor(Amtrak)/Y Shuttle for Golden 1 Center Late-Night Events

The Capitol Corridor and Yolobus will offer complimentary services to help attendees of late-night events travel to and from Davis without the hassle of traffic congestion along Route 80 between Davis and Sacramento.

Capitol Corridor's last westbound train departure from Sacramento is at 10:30pm, and while this schedule works well for afternoon and early evening events at the new arena, including Sacramento Kings basketball games, the departure is too early for most concerts, which generally start at 8pm and end past 11pm. Yolobus will make a special stop on return trips at the Davis Capitol Corridor Amtrak Station for those event attendees who took the train to Sacramento.

Capitol Corridor riders who want to take advantage of this late-night train in, bus out option need to request a paper Transit Transfer from the Capitol Corridor conductor during the 15-minute train ride to Sacramento and present it to the Yolobus driver upon boarding the return Y shuttle. The Y will only stop at the Davis train station if there are passengers on board who request this stop. For more details click here.
